Joseph Castle is a punter for the Akron Zips and a senior from North Huntingdon, Pennsylvania. He lettered four times at Norwin High School, earning first-team all-conference honors as a junior and senior with a career 40.0-yard punt average. At Akron, Castle appeared in all 12 games in 2025, punting 47 times for 2,015 yards at a 42.9-yard average. He recorded a season-long 68-yard punt against Wyoming and pinned opponents inside the 20-yard line 15 times. Castle was named to the All-MAC Academic Team in both 2024 and 2025.
