Bio

Tyshan Mitchell is a defensive back for the Air Force Falcons standing 5'10" and weighing 170 pounds. A native of Montgomery, NY, Mitchell lettered four years in football at Valley Central High School under coach Andrew LaVallie while also earning letters in basketball and track. He competed in the 100-, 200-, and 400-meter dashes, 400-meter hurdles, 4x100-meter relay, and 4x400-meter relay. Mitchell graduated with a 4.0 GPA and served as president of both the National Honor Society and National Social Studies Honor Society. He attended Air Force Academy Prep School and played football before joining the Falcons. Currently a sophomore, Mitchell did not see action during the 2025 season and is majoring in military and strategic studies with a minor in Spanish. From Valley Central · Montgomery, NY.
