Simon Kibbee is a 6'6", 250-pound tight end for the Air Force Falcons from Aurora, Colorado. He attended Grandview High School, where he lettered in football and basketball, earned first-team all-conference and second-team all-state honors in football, and was named to the all-Colorado team and a first-team all-academic selection. He graduated with a 4.1 grade point average and was a four-year academic letterwinner. Kibbee did not appear in games during 2023. In 2024, he played in five games without recording statistics. During 2025, he played in five games with one start against UNLV. He is a senior majoring in civil engineering.
