Matt Long is a 5'10", 205-pound wide receiver from Folsom, California, who attended Vista Del Lago High School. Long lettered in football and track, earning three consecutive all-league selections and two Capital League MVP awards while recording 1,000 receiving yards in each of three seasons. He did not appear in any games during 2024. In 2025, Long played in 12 games with one start against Army, recording five rushing carries for 23 yards and a long of seven yards. He carried the ball twice for 10 yards at UNLV and once for two yards in his first game versus Bucknell.
