Jacob Medina is a placekicker from Chandler, Arizona, where he lettered in football, soccer, and volleyball at Chandler High School. He attended Air Force Academy Prep School before joining the Falcons. In 2024, Medina did not appear in games. During the 2025 season, he played in six games, converting all 26 extra-point attempts and making 3 of 6 field-goal attempts. His longest field goal measured 31 yards against Utah State, which marked his first career field goal. Medina is a junior majoring in legal studies with a minor in aeronautical engineering.
