Charlie Gleason, a defensive lineman from Stillwater, Minnesota, attended Stillwater Area High School, where he lettered in football, wrestling, and track. He earned all-state honors in football and was a two-time all-district selection. In track, Gleason competed in discus as a two-time all-section performer and also lettered in alpine skiing. Recruited as a three-star prospect in the 2023 class, Gleason joined Air Force as a defensive lineman. Through the 2025 season, he has not appeared in game action for the Falcons.
