Blake Fletcher is a senior weak-side linebacker for Air Force. From Racine, Wisconsin, he attended William Horlick High School, where his father served as head coach. Fletcher redshirted in 2023, then appeared in 10 games with five starts in 2024, recording 37 tackles and 5.0 tackles for loss. In 2025, he started all 12 games and led the team with 108 tackles, the most by a Falcon since Jordan Pierce's 117 in 2014. He added 1.0 tackle for loss, five quarterback hurries, and two pass breakups while earning second-team all-Mountain West honors.
