AJ Finley is a safety from Mississippi standing 6'2" and weighing 205 pounds. The Chargers signed him as an undrafted free agent in May 2023 following his college career, where he started all 13 games at safety as a senior in 2022 and led the Rebels in interceptions in each of his final two seasons. Finley appeared in 12 games as a rookie with Los Angeles in 2023 and 10 games in 2024 before being waived in November 2024. Seattle claimed him off waivers on November 26, 2024, and he saw time in four games primarily on special teams, recording one tackle. He was placed on injured reserve in August 2025 due to a knee injury.
