Gabriel Rubio is a 6'5", 321-pound defensive tackle from Notre Dame, selected 210th overall by the Pittsburgh Steelers in the 2026 NFL Draft. As a freshman in 2021, Rubio made his Notre Dame debut in the Fiesta Bowl against Oklahoma State, recording one tackle. In 2022, he appeared in multiple games as a reserve, finishing with 17 total tackles and 4.0 tackles for loss. During his 2024 junior season, Rubio played in 11 games with three starts, accumulating 24 tackles and registering his first career sack at USC. In 2025, he appeared in six games with five starts before a season-ending injury limited his availability, posting 13 tackles, half a sack, and half a tackle for loss.
