Walter Rouse is a right tackle for the Minnesota Vikings, standing 6'6" and weighing 323 pounds. The Vikings selected him in the sixth round (177th overall) of the 2024 NFL Draft, making him Minnesota's 12th all-time selection from Oklahoma and the first Sooner picked by the team since 2022. Rouse played college football at Stanford and Oklahoma, starting 52 of 53 career games at left tackle while logging 2,552 snaps. At Oklahoma in 2023, he did not allow a sack on 480 pass-blocking plays. He made his NFL debut in Week 13 against Arizona on December 1, appearing in one game during his 2024 rookie season while being inactive for 16 matchups.
