Otis Reese is a 6'3", 225-pound right inside linebacker from Mississippi with three years of NFL experience. Originally signed by Tennessee as a rookie free agent on May 12, 2023, Reese appeared in seven games during his first season, primarily on special teams. In 2024, he played in 13 games with two starts for the Titans, recording 10 tackles, 5 solo tackles, 1 tackle for loss, 1 interception, and 7 special teams tackles before suffering an ankle injury that ended his season. Reese was released by Tennessee in August 2025, signed to Buffalo's practice squad in September, and joined New England's practice squad on November 17, 2025.
