Josh Sills is a 6'6", 335-pound right guard with four years of NFL experience. Sills played college football at West Virginia (2016-19) and Oklahoma State (2020-21), appearing in 52 games with 47 starts. At Oklahoma State, he earned First Team All-Big 12 honors in both 2020 and 2021, the latter year as team captain. He was signed by Philadelphia as an undrafted free agent on May 6, 2022, and appeared in one game that season. Indianapolis acquired him off waivers on August 30, 2023, and he appeared in all 17 games in 2023. Sills signed a Reserve/Future contract with the Colts on January 5, 2026.
