Messiah Swinson is a tight end for the Green Bay Packers at 6'7" and 260 pounds with two years of professional experience. Originally from Arizona State, where he appeared in 24 games and recorded 21 receptions for 233 yards and two touchdowns, Swinson signed with Green Bay as an undrafted free agent on May 3, 2024. He spent time on the Packers' practice squad, saw action with Carolina in September 2024, and returned to Green Bay's practice squad for the 2024 season. After departing Green Bay following 2025 training camp, he cycled through the practice squads of San Francisco and Arizona before signing to the Packers' practice squad on January 6, 2026.
