Mitchell Tinsley is a 27-year-old wide receiver for the Cincinnati Bengals. Originally signed by Washington as a college free agent in 2023, Tinsley played in two games his rookie year and spent 2024 on the Commanders' practice squad. He signed with Cincinnati in February 2025 and earned a roster spot after strong performances in training camp and preseason. In 2025, Tinsley appeared in all 17 games with four starts, recording eight receptions for 116 yards and two touchdowns. He finished his college career at Penn State in 2022 after spending two seasons at Western Kentucky and two at Hutchinson Community College.
