Wayne Matthews III is a 6'0", 230-pound middle linebacker for the Chicago Bears. Matthews joined the Bears as an undrafted free agent in May 2026. He played his final two seasons at Michigan State (2024-25), recording 21 games with 106 tackles, 50 of which were solo, along with 4.5 tackles for loss and one interception. Prior to Michigan State, he spent three seasons at Old Dominion, accumulating 148 tackles and earning Third-Team All-Sun Belt Conference honors in 2023.
