Coleman Bennett is a running back who stands 5'11" and weighs 210 pounds. He began his college career at Bucknell, where he appeared in 32 games over four seasons (2020–23), accumulating 1,071 rushing yards on 297 attempts with seven touchdowns and 78 receptions for 671 yards. He also returned 69 kickoffs for 1,413 yards and one touchdown, earning First-Team All-Patriot League honors as a return specialist in 2023. Bennett then played one game at Rice in 2024 before finishing his college eligibility at Kennesaw State in 2025, where he played all 14 games and rushed for 764 yards on 157 attempts with four touchdowns while adding 27 receptions for 213 yards and three receiving touchdowns. The Bears signed him as an undrafted free agent on May 7, 2026.
