Bio

Ryan Schwendeman is a 6'4", 254-pound tight end from O'Fallon, Missouri, who attended St. Dominic High School where he was a three-year starter on both sides of the ball and earned two All-State honors. At Southern Illinois, he redshirted in 2022, then appeared in 12 games as a redshirt freshman in 2023 with six catches for 50 yards. In 2024, he played and started the first four games before a season-ending injury limited him to seven receptions for 86 yards and two touchdowns. Last season as a redshirt junior, Schwendeman played in nine games with two starts, catching 15 passes for 191 yards and two scores. He now transfers to Wisconsin as a graduate student.
