Liam Danitz is a 6'4", 242-pound left outside linebacker from West Branch, Michigan, who attended Ogemaw Heights High School. He played three seasons at Hope College before transferring to Wisconsin as a redshirt senior in 2026. During his 2025 senior campaign, Danitz earned AFCA All-America First Team honors and was named MIAA Most Valuable Defensive Player. He compiled 46 tackles with 25 solo stops, 21 tackles for loss, and 15.0 sacks while recovering two fumbles. In 2024, he appeared in 12 games with 36 tackles, 10.5 TFLs, and four sacks.
