Jon Jon Kamara is a 6'4", 243-pound side linebacker from Goodyear, Arizona, who transferred to Wisconsin after two seasons at Kansas. A three-star recruit in the 2024 class, Kamara saw action in four games as a true freshman in 2024, including matchups against Kansas State, No. 7 BYU, Colorado, and Baylor. In 2025, his redshirt freshman year, he appeared in all 12 games with three starts, recording 13 total tackles (5 solo, 8 assisted), 1.5 tackles for loss, and 0.5 sacks.
