Carsten Reynolds is a 6'3", 213-pound weak-side linebacker from Sedro-Woolley, Washington who transferred to Washington State from South Dakota State. At his high school, Reynolds earned conference player of the year honors at both quarterback and safety, and received all-conference recognition as a punter.
