Justin Rowe is a linebacker for the Virginia Cavaliers entering his redshirt freshman season. The 6'2", 239-pound native of Ottawa, Ontario, attended Asheville School in North Carolina, where he earned three-star recruit status. At Asheville, Rowe was a two-time all-state selection at defensive back and two-time NCISAA All-Conference honoree, helping the program capture three consecutive state championships.
