Terry Wiggins is a true freshman linebacker at Virginia Tech who was a four-star recruit from Coatesville, Pennsylvania. During his senior season in 2025, he compiled 92 tackles with 14 tackles for loss and four sacks. He also recorded four blocked field goals, a blocked punt, 14 quarterback hurries, and four pass breakups while earning first-team All-Ches-Mont League honors and Defensive Player of the Year. As a junior, Wiggins recorded 48 tackles including 11 tackles for loss and one sack.
