Junior Sherrill, a 5'11", 200-pound wide receiver from Nashville's Lipscomb Academy, joined Vanderbilt as a three-star recruit in 2023. As a freshman, he caught 20 passes for 293 yards and three touchdowns across 12 games. In 2024, Sherrill appeared in all 13 games with 12 starts, recording 29 catches for 411 yards and three touchdowns while adding 16 kickoff returns for 427 yards including a 100-yard touchdown return against Tennessee. During his junior season in 2025, Sherrill started 11 of 13 games and recorded career highs of 54 receptions for 784 yards and seven touchdowns, tying for the team lead in receiving touchdowns while ranking second in both receptions and receiving yards.
