Eze Osondu is a 6'2", 230-pound middle linebacker from Trophy Club, Texas, who transferred to UTSA from California. A three-star recruit in the 2024 class, Osondu starred at Byron Nelson High School, where he recorded 115 tackles, 22 tackles for loss, and 12 sacks across three seasons while helping the Bobcats to a combined 33-7 record. He earned District 4-6A Defensive Player of the Year honors as a senior in 2023 and was a third-team all-state selection.
