Dylan Spencer is a 6'5", 245-pound weak-side linebacker from Houston, TX, who transferred to UTSA from Texas Tech. At C.E. King High School, he earned first-team all-district honors as a senior with 75 total tackles, 20 tackles for loss, and nine sacks, leading the Panthers to the Class 6A Division II regional final. As a junior, he recorded 32 stops, 11 tackles for loss, eight sacks, two forced fumbles, and one recovery.
