Ryder Slaton is a 6'7", 280-pound offensive lineman from Melissa, Texas, where he played right tackle at Melissa High School. A three-star recruit in the 2025 class, Slaton joined UTEP as a freshman and redshirted during the 2025 season. He returns to the Miners roster as a redshirt freshman in 2026.
