Nate Johnson is a 6'1", 200-pound wide receiver from Clovis, CA who transferred to Utah after playing at Vanderbilt. Originally a four-star dual-threat quarterback recruit in the 2022 class, Johnson has appeared in multiple positions for the Utes. In 2025, he saw action in 10 games, recording 24 rushing attempts for 225 yards and one touchdown, along with one reception for 16 yards. He notched a 56-yard rushing touchdown against Colorado and led Utah with 59 rushing yards on 11 carries versus Cal Poly. Johnson played in 10 games for Vanderbilt in 2024, accumulating 114 rushing yards and a touchdown.
