Isaiah Kema is a 6'3", 312-pound center from Lubbock, Texas, where he attended Frenship HS under coach Jay Northcutt. As a senior, he earned Texas District 2-6A first-team honors at center and was named Class 6A first-team all-state at right guard as a junior by the Texas Sportswriters Association. Kema also competed in wrestling, reaching the state 6A championship. Initially signing with Oklahoma State in 2023, he served a two-year mission to New Zealand before joining Ohio State in June 2025. He appeared in four games for the Buckeyes that season, facing Grambling State, Purdue, Rutgers, and UCLA. Kema now transfers to Utah as a redshirt freshman. From Frenship HS · Lubbock, TX.
