Devon Dampier, a transfer from New Mexico, is a quarterback for Utah. The Phoenix native was a three-star recruit from Saguaro High School who earned first-team all-state honors in 2022. At New Mexico, he made 13 starts across 21 games in 2023-24, becoming the first Lobo quarterback to earn All-Mountain West First-Team honors. In his 2025 debut season with the Utes, Dampier started 12 games, completing 212 of 334 passes for 2,490 yards and 24 touchdowns while rushing 146 times for 835 yards and 10 scores. He was named Big 12 Offensive Newcomer of the Year and earned All-Conference Third Team recognition. From Saguaro HS · Phoenix, AZ.
