Osiris Gilbert is a left cornerback for UCLA who transferred ahead of the 2026 season after his true freshman year at Connecticut. At UConn in 2025, he appeared in 12 games with one start against FIU on October 4, accumulating 19 tackles, three pass breakups, and one forced fumble. Gilbert made his collegiate debut on August 30 against Central Connecticut State and recorded a season-high seven tackles with a pass breakup against Delaware on September 13. He earned UConn's Rookie of the Year award following his first season. The 5'9", 179-pound cornerback hails from Peachtree Ridge High School in Suwanee, Georgia, and was a three-star recruit.
