Joshua Phifer is a 6'5", 258-pound tight end from Peachtree City, Georgia, who spent three seasons at James Madison before transferring to UCLA for the 2026 season. At JMU, he appeared in 27 NCAA games with three starts, recording six receptions for 81 yards and two touchdowns. In 2025, his final year with the Dukes, Phifer entered 12 games and caught four passes for 40 yards and a touchdown, including a 20-yard reception against Old Dominion on October 18.
