Brian Rowe Jr. is a transfer wide receiver from South Carolina who played for Jay M. Robinson High School in Concord, North Carolina. During three seasons at Robinson, he recorded 120 receptions for 2,332 yards with 31 touchdowns, including 46 catches for 935 yards and 11 scores as a senior in 2024. At South Carolina in 2025, Rowe appeared in 11 games with four starts, accumulating 19 receptions for 149 yards and one touchdown.
