Otis Hardy is a true freshman defensive back for the UCF Knights. The 6'0", 180-pound native of Orlando, Florida, began his high school career at Dr. Phillips High School, where he played three seasons at the 6A District 6 level. Hardy transferred to Evans High School for his senior year, competing at the 6A District 4 level. In his final prep season, he appeared in 11 contests and recorded 27 tackles, including 15 solo tackles and one for a loss, as Evans finished 8-3 and advanced to the FHSAA regional quarterfinals.
