Dylan Burk is a 6'7" tight end from Melbourne, Florida who attended Merritt Island High School. As a freshman at Sam Houston State in 2025, Burk appeared in all 12 games and recorded six receptions for 55 yards. He earned his first collegiate catch against UNLV on August 29, collecting three receptions for 25 yards in that contest, with his longest grab reaching 15 yards. Burk matched that 15-yard reception later in the season during Sam Houston's November 8 victory at Oregon State. He has since transferred to UCF, where he returns as a sophomore.
