Ike Esonwune is a weakside linebacker from Manor, Texas, who transferred to UAB after three seasons at Oklahoma State. At Manor High School, he recorded 67 tackles as a senior, including 11 for loss and two sacks, earning first-team all-district honors alongside two interceptions and three pass breakups.
