Julian Byrd is a cornerback for the Tulsa Golden Hurricane. The 6'1", 190-pound true freshman from Fairburn, Georgia, attended Langston Hughes High School, where he was rated a three-star prospect and ranked the No. 156 cornerback nationally by recruiting services. During his senior season, Byrd appeared in 12 games, recording interceptions and recovering a fumble. He also competed in track, posting a 100-meter time of 10.92.
