Omar Mims Jr. is a wide receiver for the Toledo Rockets. The 6'0", 165-pound receiver from East St. Louis, Illinois, attended Cahokia High School, where he earned first-team all-conference and honorable mention all-state honors as a senior. A three-star recruit, Mims also competed in track, winning the IHSAA Class 3A State Championship in the 200M with a time of 21.4 and placing runner-up in the 100M at 10.5 in 2023. He sat out the 2025 season as a redshirt while retaining freshman eligibility and is pursuing a business major. From Cahokia · East St. Louis, IL.
