Anthony Ruggles is a placekicker and punter from Youngstown, Ohio who attended Austintown Fitch High School, where he earned First-team All-Ohio honors as a placekicker under coach TJ Parker. The true freshman majoring in Civil Engineering appeared in two games during the 2025 season for Toledo. Against Louisville in the Boca Raton Bowl of Beans, Ruggles punted three times for 108 yards, including a long of 38 yards and one punt downed inside the 20-yard line.
