Asher Murray is a freshman kicker for Texas A&M who enrolled in January 2026. The 5'10", 176-pound native of Shreveport, Louisiana, lettered four years at C.E. Byrd High School, where he earned consensus three-star recognition. As a senior, Murray made 18-of-22 field goals and 76-of-84 extra points while recording 78 touchbacks on 97 kickoffs. He posted a career-long field goal of 56 yards and helped lead C.E. Byrd to a Division I Select LHSAA quarterfinals appearance during his junior season. Murray wears No. 90 for the Aggies. From C.E.
