Cheta Ofili is a 6'4", 240-pound left defensive end from Rowlett, Texas, who attended Sachse High School in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. A consensus four-star prospect in the 2024 class, Ofili recorded 55 tackles, 12.0 tackles for loss, and 7.0 sacks as a senior, earning All-District 9-6A first-team honors. He redshirted in 2024 after appearing in one game against West Virginia on November 30. In 2025, Ofili played in nine games for Texas Tech, posting tackles against Kansas and West Virginia while registering a tackle for loss against Kansas. He transferred to TCU as a redshirt sophomore.
