James Jenkins is a right tackle for South Florida from Tampa, Florida, who attended Carrollwood Day High School. Rated a three-star recruit with a composite score of .8647 and ranked 57th nationally at his position, Jenkins chose USF over offers from Ole Miss, Penn State, Miami, Cincinnati, and numerous other programs.
