Lex Cyrus is a 5'10", 185-pound wide receiver from Susquehanna Township High School in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. He compiled 130 career receptions for 2,054 yards and 22 touchdowns in high school, including 59 catches for 898 yards and nine scores as a senior in 2024 when his team went 8-3. Cyrus enrolled at South Carolina in January 2025 and participated in spring drills before joining the scout team in the fall. He appeared in one game against South Carolina State but did not record statistics and was redshirted. He earned SEC Fall Academic Honor Roll recognition as a true freshman.
