Peyton Argent is a placekicker for South Alabama who transferred in as a redshirt junior. The 6'0", 195-pound native of Hoover, Alabama graduated from Hoover High School in 2023 after four seasons as a starter. During his final two years, he made 17 of 20 field goal attempts and 108 of 109 extra points. Argent earned first-team all-state honors in 2022 and first-team All Over the Mountain accolades in both 2021 and 2022, along with additional all-region selections.
