Kamaehu Kopa-Kaawalauole is a 6'4", 224-pound tight end from Ewa Beach, Hawai'i, who attended James Campbell High School where he earned four letters playing tight end and wide receiver. He was named All-State in football and participated in the HS Polynesian Bowl before joining San José State in 2023. After redshirting his freshman year, Kopa-Kaawalauole did not appear in games during 2024. He made his collegiate debut in 2025, playing in the opener against New Mexico on October 3.
