Jayland McGlothen is a 6'2", 282-pound defensive lineman from Las Vegas who graduated from Silverado High School in 2024. A three-star recruit, he played three varsity seasons and earned Nevada 5A Division I Defensive MVP honors as a senior with 72 total tackles, 21.0 for loss, and 12 sacks. McGlothen spent two seasons at Sacramento State, appearing in six games as a true freshman in 2024 with 13 total tackles. In 2025, he appeared in all 12 games with five starts, recording 31 total tackles, 9.5 tackles for loss, and seven sacks while earning Second Team All-Big Sky recognition.
