Matthew Tatum is a wide receiver for the Sam Houston Bearkats standing 5'8" and weighing 170 pounds. A native of Huntsville, TX, Tatum earned First Team All-District honors as a senior receiver at Huntsville HS in District 10-5A Division II in 2022. He redshirted in 2023 while providing depth at the position and contributing on scout teams. Tatum remained in a reserve role during 2024 before appearing in the season finale against FIU on November 29, 2025. He is a returning RS JR for the Bearkats. From Huntsville HS · Huntsville, TX.
