Justin Cesaire is a 6'4", 315-pound offensive lineman from Orange, New Jersey, who transfers to Rutgers as a senior. He spent three years at the University of New Haven, where he appeared in nine games as a freshman in 2022, including his collegiate debut at Bowie State (9/3). As a sophomore in 2023, Cesaire started 10 games and earned Second Team All-Northeast-10 honors while helping New Haven win a conference championship. In 2024, he started all 11 games, received honorable mention All-America recognition from Don Hansen, and was named Northeast-10 Offensive Lineman of the Year. He made his Rutgers debut against Norfolk State (9/13) in 2025 and appeared in four games for the Scarlet Knights that season. From Orange · Orange, NJ.
