Bio

Will Swartz is a 6'5" tight end for Rice wearing number 84. A redshirt freshman from Huffman, Texas, Swartz played for Hargrave High School, where he earned three all-district selections while playing both tight end and defensive end. During his final high school season, he recorded 25 receptions for 467 yards and nine touchdowns on offense, plus 21 tackles for loss including seven sacks. He also returned four fumble recoveries and an interception for a touchdown. At Rice, Swartz appeared in four games during 2025 after recovering from a preseason injury, logging 30 special teams plays while preserving his redshirt eligibility.
