Luke Miller is a right tackle for Rice, standing 6'5" and weighing 304 pounds. A native of Round Rock, Texas, Miller was a two-time All-District 25-6A selection at Round Rock High School, where he recorded 143 pancake blocks during his career. He joined Rice as a true freshman in 2024, appearing in four games while redshirting. In 2025, Miller started all 13 games and logged 828 snaps, leading the offensive line.
