Dylan Stephens is a safety for the Rice Owls. The Dallas native transferred to Rice from Trinity Valley CC, where he recorded 18 tackles, four breakups, and one interception in 2025. At Berkner High School, he helped guide the program back to the state playoffs as a junior. Earlier in his high school career at Garland, Stephens earned second-team All-District 9-6A honors as a sophomore, leading his team in tackles, interceptions, and forced fumbles before relocating to Berkner.
